I was working in the WALLASEY shop all day yesterday; just before midday I called the maintenance Helpdesk to request an electrician came to the shop, as three sets of quads ceased working in the shop, plus there were another half dozen tubes out scattered around the unit, and I even wanted some traditional bulbs swapped for the energy saving type above a high staircase. I was very impressed to get a call back inside an hour stating that an electrician would attend within another 60 minutes. The electrician attended on time and proceeded to complete all the tasks efficiently. I was very impressed with the contractor and please thank your team for delivering such excellent service.
