for a satisfactory certificate. Many insurers, local authorities
and other bodies require NICEIC Certification and upgrading

Landlord
Certificates
Legislation
now in force requires that a Landlord or managing agent shall
ensure that electrical equipment and the wiring system supplying
it shall be in a safe condition. The Landlord and Tenant Act
1985 states that a Landlord is responsible .... "to keep
in repair and proper working order the installations in the
dwelling house for the supply of water, gas and electricity...."

are produced as a result of detailed inspections undertaken
in accordance with our regulations - BS7671:2001. The information
produced is clear, accurate and well presented, any defects
which may be found are coded 1 to 4, where code 1 items require
urgent attention a code 4 items while not complying with current
standards may not necessarily be unsafe or require rectification

PAT
Testing
The Electrical
Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1994 require that equipment
be safe and in conformity with the principle elements of the
safety objectives for electrical equipment set out in section
3 of the Regulations. In service testing of portable, electrical
apparatus is carried out by our experienced electricians (not
a semi skilled pat test machine operator) ensuring expertly
considered and useful outcomes are produced.
